🚉 Every journey has a logic. Your task is to find it.

The Route is a daily rail-themed puzzle inspired by UK commuter networks.

Each day you'll be given a grid of stations. Your challenge is to work out what connects them and complete the route.

How does it work?

Some puzzles are based on geography. Others use journey times, railway terminology, station names, or quirks of the network itself. Every puzzle is different, but every solution follows a route.

An example

London Bridge → Lewisham → Hither Green → Orpington

What connects these stations?

In this example, the stations form part of a Southeastern route travelling away from central London.

Journey Modes

🎟 Standard Ticket
A relaxed experience with six tickets and no timer.

Express Service
The same challenge, but with the pressure of the clock.

Do I need railway knowledge?

Not necessarily. Familiarity with the network can help, but many puzzles can be solved using logic and deduction alone.

Why railways?

Britain's railway network is full of fascinating patterns, connections, histories and hidden stories. The Route turns those journeys into puzzles.
